Purchase a multi purpose fire extinguisher used for all
types of fires.
Read the owner’s manual.

Always remember PASS.
- PULL THE PIN
- AIM LOW FOR THE BASE OF THE FIRE,
- SQUEEZE THE LEVER SLOWLY AND EVENLY
- SWEEP NOZZLE SIDE TO SIDE.
Keep fire extinguishers close to exits.
If fighting a fire make sure to keep your back to a clear exit.
Do not continue to extinguish a fire if it becomes too dangerous.
