New York Central Mutual offers many payment plans for your convenience. The 12 Payment Plan, known as On-Track, takes the worry out of making your insurance payments or jeopardizing your coverage with a late or missed payment. With this payment plan you can automatically pay your premium through recurring monthly payments from your checking account or credit card. You choose the date of the month--from the 1st through the 28th--on which your payment is made. Learn more about the On-Track Payment Plan: In order to be eligible for the On-Track Payment Plan, you must have either a six month or twelve month active personal and/or commercial policy with New York Central Mutual. (Assigned risk, TOP, bill mortgagee, premium-financed, and payroll deducted policies are ineligible). You must have a checking account or credit card (MasterCard, Discover, VISA), and agree to be on a monthly payment plan. An adequate checking account or credit balance must be maintained to cover your payment(s). If your checking account or credit card information changes, contact your agent or call NYCM's Customer Care Center at 1-888-234-6926. If you choose this payment plan, your premium will be divided equally over the policy period and deducted from your account each month. Once your authorization form has been approved, New York Central Mutual will send you the payment schedule letting you know how much your installments will be and when they will be withdrawn. You will receive similar notification any time an endorsement to your policy changes the payment amount. There is no charge to sign-up for On-Track and no service fee to utilize On-Track billing. *If you are already signed up for NYCM's Boxcar Bill payment plan (multiple policies on one bill) and would like to request automatic payment withdrawal, click here. You can use On-Track to pay for one or all of your New York Central Mutual policies. Complete either the checking withdrawal or credit card withdrawal authorization form and return it to us (at the address below) or your agent. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the forms.
Include the number of each policy you wish to pay for through On-Track. If you select the checking account plan, please enclose a voided or canceled check from your checking account. If you wish to switch back to a conventional payment method at any time, simply notify New York Central Mutual or your insurance agent.
