New York Central Mutual's Quality Repair Option Program is a user-friendly,
convenient program that has completed thousands of complaint-free repairs for
our insureds over the years.For best results enter a Street Address and/or Zipcode with a "Search Radius".
- The Quality Repair Shop will call us to verify coverage.
- The Quality Repair Shop will immediately estimate the amount
of damage and order any necessary parts.
- If your vehicle is not drivable and you have rental coverage,
the Quality Repair Shop will notify us and a rental vehicle will
be made available. Any towing can be arranged by the repair shop
as well.
- Upon completion of repairs, you will only pay the Quality Repair
Shop the amount of your deductible. The Quality Repair Shop will
bill us directly for the remainder and provide us with a Certificate
of Repairs.
- All Quality Repair Shop repairs are guaranteed by the repair shop and New York
Central for as long as you own the vehicle.
Of course, you can have your repairs done at any NY State Registered Repair
Shop. However, we know you will be pleased with the quick, careful and courteous
service you will receive from one of the shops in our Quality Repair Option
Program.
